My Organization

Basic Information

My Organization allows you to manage Accounts, Users, their permissions and access levels, create and manage Spaces, manage security settings, set up notifications and alerts and more.

Users

User roles

This section gives you an overview of user roles and what level of permissions do they have. You can also create custom user roles from this menu.

Focus Areas

Focus areas simplify the interface for a job. You pick which parts of Screen Manager a role actually needs, and everything else disappears from that user's navigation and editors.

If your organization has multiple locations or branches, Spaces allow you to manage access to resources and resources relevant only to the specific branch.

Use this menu to see all device and content tags across all Spaces.

This section allows you to view and manage all of your screens across all of the spaces and locations with ease.

Security Policies

This section allows you to manage Authentication Policies and password settings for your organization.

API Keys

This section allows you to create and manage your API keys.

Integrations Configuration

Storyous
