Notifications preferences
Use the panel at the top of the page to switch between different settings.

In the Notification preferences you can set up notifications for:
Offline Device Notifications:
Get notified immediately when your devices unexpectedly go offline .
- Navigate to My Profile > Notifications.
- Under Offline Device Notifications, toggle Enable offline device notifications.
- Select the scope:
- All Devices (In all workspaces I have access to) or
- Devices in Specific Spaces(choose your desired workspaces).
Device Issue Alerts:
Stay informed about critical device issues such as corrupted files, invalid configurations etc.:
- Navigate to My Profile > Notifications, find Device Issue Alerts.
- Enable by toggling Enable device issue alerts.
- Define your notification range:
- All Devices (In all workspaces I have access to) or
- Devices in Specific Spaces.
New IP Login Notifications:
Enhance security by getting alerts when there's a login from a new IP address:
- Navigate to My Profile > Notifications.
- Under New IP Login Notifications, activate by toggling Enable login notifications.
Click on “Save Preferences” when you finish editing the settings.
You're now set up to stay aware and quickly address important updates and security concerns within your ScreenManager CMS.
