Payment methods & invoices and billing address

Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods for all subscription types:
- Credit card (almost any)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Link
- PayPal
- AliPay
- Sofort
- Bancontact
- EPS
- Giropay
- iDEAL
- Przelewy24
If you want to pay by bank transfer, this is only possible for the annual subscription of the Enterprise plan.
Changing your payment method
Login into your account and head to the Billing section. Click on “Update subscription” button to change your payment method.

In a new window you can see your subscription details.

Click on a pencil icon next your card details to change the payment method. Or click on “Add payment method” to add a new one. In a new window you can:
- Choose an existing payment method from the list.
- Add a new payment method.
- Click on “Update” to confirm changes or on “Go back” to return to the previous menu.
- Click on “Return to ScreenManager s.r.o.” to return to the Billing section in your account.

Downloading your invoices
Login into your account and head to the Billing section. You can find your invoices there.

Click on “Open” button next to the invoice to download it.
Changing your billing email address
Login into your account and head to the Billing section. Click on “Update subscription” button to change your billing address.

In a new window you can see your subscription details.

Click on “Update information” button. In a new window you can:
- Edit your billing information: email, address, phone number, Tax id (as applicable).
- You can also add a new ID. Choose an applicable ID type from the list and add its number.

- Click on “Save” to confirm changes or on “Cancel” to return to the previous menu.
- Click on “Return to ScreenManager s.r.o.” to return to the Billing section in your account.
