Subscription management

Creating your subscription
You can create a subscription in your account at any time. Login into your account to start.

- Head to the Billing section.
- Choose the plan and the billing period (monthly or yearly).
- Choose the number of screens.
- Click on "Subscribe” button. This will open a new window, where you will need to enter payment information. Your future payments will always be made at the beginning of the billing period.

Upgrading to a paid subscription
Once your 14-day free trial is over, you will be asked to subscribe to upgrade your plan. Click the “Subscribe” button and add a payment method to create a subscription.

Managing your subscription
After you purchase a subscription, you can view detailed information:

- Subscription general information: see which tariff are you using, how many screens are in use, how many Users and Spaces are active, which billing period is currently in use (monthly/yearly), price per billing period (excluding tax) and current status of your subscription.
- Additional information and Subscription management:
- Shows you the maximum number of screens available to you with your subscription.
- Shows the annual/monthly price of the subscription.
- Click on “Update subscription” button to update or cancel it.

3. Here you can find a list of your invoices.
- You can see invoice creation dates, amounts, currency and status.
- Click on “Open” button next to the invoice to download it.

Changing your subscription plan
Login into your account and head to the Billing section. Click on “Update subscription” button to change your plan.

In a new window you can see detailed information about your subscription. Click on "Update subscription” button to change the plan.

In an new window you can update you plan:

- Change between annual and monthly subscription.
- Change the maximum number of screens in the current plan. The price will be updated automatically.
- Change to a different plan and choose a number of screens you want to use. The price will be updated automatically.
- Confirm your updates in a new window. Click on "Subscribe and pay” to confirm or on “Go back” to enter the previous menu.

5. Click here to return to the Billing section in your account.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. The subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, but will be cancelled automatically for the next period.
Login into your account and head to the Billing section. Click on “Update subscription” button to cancel the subscription.

In a new window you can cancel your subscription.

- Click on “Cancel subscription” to confirm changes or on “Go back” to return to the previous menu.
- Click on “Return to ScreenManager s.r.o.” to return to the Billing section in your account.
