Customer Feedback Analytics

You can access the Customer Feedback Analytics from the Integrations menu, as shown below:

From here you can view the feedback data or demo data, if you do not have any feedback from the customers yet.

CFA settings
  1. Total Submissions: overall number of feedbacks received during the chosen time period.
  2. Average Rating: average score based on customer feedback during the chosen period.
  3. Rating Trends: See how ratings are changing on a day to day basis across the specified time range.
  4. Average by Category: this graph shows average scores per different categories, such as Food, Service, Environment or other categories of your choice.
  5. Search: locate specific feedback by using specific keywords or customer ID.
  6. Choose date range to display data for that period: you can choose between Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, This Month and Previous Month data.
  7. Scroll down to see all feedback for the specified time period. In this field you can see:
    1. Date when the feedback is submitted
    2. Customer ID - identification number of the customer, who left feedback.
    3. Food, Environment and Service ratings
    4. Customer’s comment (if any).
    5. Meal ID - identification number of the meal, that customer is rating.
    6. Device ID- - identification number of the device from which the rating was made.

8. After clicking the “Export” button all feedback from the chosen time period will be exported into an Excel file and will be automatically downloaded to your device.
