Proof of Play
Proof of Play helps you to track content playback statistics across your devices, monitor file, scenes and playlist usage with detailed metrics, like duration completion rates and device coverage).
To collect this data, you need to enable it for each screen individually in the Screen settings menu.
You can access the proof of play analytics from the Integrations menu, as shown below:

From here you can view Files, Scenes and Playlist data.

- Choose date range to display data for that period: you can choose between Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, This Month and Previous Month data.
- Select which screen's statistics you want to review.
- Select which content type data to review: Files, Scenes or Playlist data.
- After clicking the“Export to CSV” button all data from the chosen time period and of the chosen content type will be exported into an Excel (CSV) file and will be automatically downloaded to your device.
- Scroll down to see all data for the specified time period and content type. In this field you can see:
- File/Scene/Playlist name.
- Total plays - the number of times this content was played.
- Total Air time - cumulative duration or time the content is displayed and /or made available to viewers.
- Average duration - average time when the content was displayed.
- Median duration - the middle time in a list of durations.
- Interrupted - how many times the content was not broadcasted fully and was stopped.

- Devices - how many devices have shown this content.
- Actions (6) - click on actions to view more information.
Actions menu

- Return: click here to return to the previous menu.
- Displays the name of the content piece, which data is being currently reviewed.
- Summary statistics: check how many total plays, what is total air ime and median duration are for the chosen piece of content.
- Refresh: click here to refresh statistics.
- Plays over time: check how many times chosen content was played during the specified time period.
- Play status breakdown: check the % data of when AI content broadcasting was triggered or interrupted.
