Security Settings

Use the panel at the top of the page to switch between different settings.

In the Security Settings you can set up Two-Factor Authentication using any authenticator app (for example Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) significantly increases the security of your ScreenManager account by requiring two methods of verification. Follow these simple steps to activate 2FA:

1. Navigate to My Profile > Security.
2. Find and click on Enable Two-Factor Authentication
3. A pop-up window appears, enter a name of your new authenticator (Enter Authenticator Label). For example "My iPhone 16", click on "Next" and a QR code appears.

5. Open your preferred authenticator app, such as

• Google Authenticator - Android, iOS
• Microsoft Authenticator - Android, iOS

6. Scan the provided QR code displayed on the screen or enter the code manually.

7. Verify Setup: Enter the verification code generated by your authenticator app into the CMS and click “Verify”.

Your account now has enhanced protection with Two-Factor Authentication enabled.

The next time you log in, you'll be asked to enter a verification code from your authenticator app, ensuring your account stays secure.

Once the Two-factor authentication set up is finished, you will see a list of all authenticators on the main page. You can add new authenticators by clicking on “Add New authenticator” button.
